Deposits
  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your visit.
  • Deposits are only transferable if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Confirmations
  • You will receive a confirmation request 72 hours prior to your scheduled treatment.
  • Appointments must be confirmed through our automated system or via text.
  • Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled to accommodate clients on the waitlist.
Booking Process
  • All bookings must be made through our online portal to ensure real-time availability.
  • Please select all necessary add-ons during booking to ensure sufficient time for your glow.
  • A valid credit card must be kept on file for all active clients.

Respecting Time

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of service will incur a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee.
  • No-shows forfeit their deposit and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Recurring cancellations may result in the inability to book future experiences at Blemished Rose.

The Grace Period

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. We offer a strict 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Please notify us immediately if you anticipate being late.

  • Arrivals after the 15-minute grace period are subject to automatic cancellation for safety and quality reasons.
  • In some cases, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the remaining time, but full service fees still apply.
  • Multiple late arrivals will require pre-payment for all future bookings.

Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup if possible. Avoid any harsh exfoliants or retinol treatments for at least 72 hours prior to your appointment to ensure your skin is ready for professional care.

Post-treatment care is essential for maintaining your glow. We recommend staying hydrated, avoiding direct sun exposure for 48 hours, and using a high-quality SPF. Your esthetician will provide a personalized aftercare guide based on your specific treatment.
